Terms and conditions

The Palace on Wheels price is inclusive of travel, accommodation, meals, entrance fee, cultural programs, boat rides, camel rides and soft beverages. It does not include liquor, laundry, telephone charges, camera fee and other specific requirements.

A child below age of 5 will be charged 10% of the cost of the ticket and child between 5 and 12 years of age would be charged half of adult ticket.

A surcharge of 10% would be added during any important festivals like Christmas and New Year.

20% of the cost should be paid during confirmation and rest should be paid 2 months before departure date.

90% of the cost would be returned if the ticket is cancelled 3 months prior to the departure date.

20% of the cost would be returned if cancelled before one month.

The price can change without any notice before booking.
